Users are strongly encouraged to conduct independent research and consult professional advisors before making any decisions based on Penverse’s content.
PENSO Token Disclaimer
PENSO is the utility token of the Penverse ecosystem and is not an investment vehicle, security, or financial asset. The primary purpose of PENSO is to facilitate transactions, incentivize contributions, and enable governance within the decentralized Penverse platform.
By holding or using PENSO, users acknowledge and agree that:
PENSO does not represent ownership, equity, or rights in Penverse or any associated entity.
No expectation of profit should be derived from acquiring or using PENSO.
Penverse does not guarantee any future value, price appreciation, or liquidity of PENSO.
PENSO transactions are subject to market risks and volatility, and Penverse is not responsible for any losses incurred.
The use of PENSO is subject to all applicable laws and regulations within the user’s jurisdiction.
Penverse reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the use of PENSO for platform services at any time. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant tax and legal obligations related to their use of PENSO.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
All content provided by Penverse is “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information available on the Platform. Users engage with the Platform at their own risk.
Penverse does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, vulnerabilities, downtime, or security threats. Users are responsible for implementing adequate security measures when interacting with decentralized systems.
4. Intellectual Property & Restrictions on Use
All content, technology, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property within Penverse are legally protected and owned by Penverse or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercialization of any material from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit authorization. Any unauthorized use may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to termination of access and possible legal action.
5. Decentralization, Smart Contracts & Risks
Penverse operates as a Decentralized Science (DeSci) platform, integrating AI-driven research assistance, blockchain technology, and decentralized governance (DAOs). While decentralization enhances transparency and community governance, it also carries risks, including but not limited to:
Volatility of digital assets such as PENSO tokens and funding mechanisms.
Smart contract vulnerabilities that may impact functionality and security.
Decentralized governance risks that may result in community decisions beyond individual user control.
Loss of assets or data due to blockchain immutability and user mismanagement.
Regulatory uncertainty, as blockchain-based platforms may be subject to evolving legal frameworks.
Users acknowledge that they engage with Penverse at their own discretion and accept full responsibility for any actions taken on the Platform.
6. No Liability
Penverse, its founders, developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Users accept that Penverse does not provide refunds, guarantees, or assurances on any transactions, including but not limited to token transfers, funding allocations, or research rewards.
7. User Responsibilities & Security
Users are solely responsible for:
Managing their own wallets and private keys. Losing access to a crypto wallet may result in permanent loss of assets, and Penverse cannot recover lost funds.
Verifying the legitimacy of smart contracts and transactions. Users should exercise caution and due diligence before interacting with third-party applications.
Compliance with legal obligations in their respective jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are legally permitted to use blockchain-based services.
8. Regulatory & Compliance Considerations
Penverse operates in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on the Platform comply with applicable local laws and regulations. Penverse assumes no responsibility for legal consequences arising from user interactions with decentralized technologies.
Penverse does not guarantee that its services are compliant with the laws of every jurisdiction. Users are encouraged to seek legal counsel regarding their involvement in blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) applications.
9. Amendments & Updates
Penverse reserves the right to update or modify this legal disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting. Users are encouraged to review this section periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Penverse also reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these terms or engage in malicious activities.
